Australianbaby is looking for a Product & Trade Show Administrator.

The ideal candidate has experience with event-planning, can multi-task and has the ability to communicate by phone, and in-person.

Daily Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Gather, organize & maintain product information for the Company's internal accounting system & public website.

• Coordinate Monthly Price Lists with Sales Rep Agency.

• Maintain Item Orders for 9 Trade Shows from order creation to Trade Show receipt.

• Coordinate & schedule shipping trucks, airfare & hospitality arrangements for all Trade Shows.

• Prepare Product Presentation Binders.

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications:

• Highly organized, with an extreme attention to detail.

• The ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent writing skills.

• Above average typing skills.

• Strong customer service background.

• Minimum 2 years of office experience.

• Experience with bookkeeping software.



Australianbaby is looking for a Data Entry/Order Processor and Customer Service Representative.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter that can learn quickly and work accurately with a Business Process Management software (NetSuite).

Daily Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Enter customer purchase orders.

• Create shipping labels.

• Email correspondence with customers and sales representatives.

• Answer incoming calls.

• Maintain inventory files.

• Update product detail files.

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.


Qualifications:

• Highly organized, with an extreme attention to detail.

• Excellent writing & typing skills.

• Strong customer service background.

• Minimum 2 years of office experience.

• Experience with bookkeeping & spreadsheet software.

• Bilingual Spanish speaker/writer is preferred.
